RAHAMA
Working to empower women in need, we provide educational resources, and emotional, material, and spiritual support. RAHAMA has been caring for victims, spreading awareness within our communities, collaborating with local agencies, and representing the light of Islam since 2006. RAHAMA’s goal is to provide transitional housing to women and children in New York who are victims of domestic violence. Our volunteer staff consists of licensed social workers and mental health counselors who specialize in working with women and children.

Domestic Harmony Foundation (DHF)
The Domestic Harmony Foundation (DHF) is a community-based, non-profit organization created in response to the social, emotional, and psychological needs of a growing South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Muslim community in Long Island. Although DHF works mainly with Muslim women who are victims of domestic violence, these services are available to individuals irrespective of creed, culture, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.

Shalom Task Force
The mission of Shalom Task Force, Inc (STF) is to combat and prevent domestic violence and foster healthy and safe relationships and families. STF focuses its work on the Jewish community, to help those that may not have access to traditional services and need culturally sensitive programming. The Shalom Task Force believes everyone has the right to be safe in their relationship and family.

Violence Intervention Program, Inc.
Our mission is to lead Latina victims of domestic violence and intimate partner violence to safety, empower them to live free of violence and reach and sustain their full potential. We pursue our mission by raising community awareness, engaging in activism, and providing culturally competent services.

WOMANKIND
Womankind brings critical resources and deep cultural competency to help survivors of all ages find refuge, recovery, and renewal from domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual violence. Through our programs, we offer a wide variety of services in 18+ Asian languages and dialects, including a toll-free 24/7 multilingual helpline, safe and confidential emergency housing, culturally-informed counseling, family law and immigration legal assistance, wellness activities, creative arts therapy, support groups, and economic empowerment workshops. We are an expert in serving Asian communities, yet our services are valuable and available to all. Whether in our services or in our increasing advocacy and policy work, Womankind first centers the survivor by uplifting them to control their own lives and narratives.

Korean American Family Service Center
The Korean American Family Service Center (KAFSC) is a leading, nonprofit organization that supports and empowers adults, youth, and children to lead safe and healthy lives based on dignity, compassion, and mutual respect. We are committed to preventing and ending domestic violence, sexual assault, and relationship abuse, and creating a violence-free society. Our counseling, education, and advocacy programs for individuals and families in the New York Tri-State area are provided in a culturally and linguistically appropriate setting.

Garden of Hope
Garden of Hope dedicates itself to serving, caring, and rebuilding the lives of people who have been exposed to domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; specifically targeting its services toward the growing Chinese communities in the NYC region.
We provide hotline services, safety planning, crisis intervention, shelter options, legal referrals, advocacy, and assistance with filing Orders of Protection, public welfare, and crime victims' compensation.
We help prevent the cycle of domestic violence by working with children who witness or experience abuse. Prevent dating violence by educating youth. Provide free tutoring, mentoring, and summer programs.
We empower survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault through counseling, support groups, vocational training, and spiritual support.

The Arab-American Family Support Center (AAFSC) provides culturally and linguistically competent, trauma-informed, multi-generational social services to the marginalized and under-resourced.
We prevent domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect by equipping families with the tools to succeed, offering case management services to victims of violence, and cultivating healthy relationships.

Male Survivor (formerly National Organization on Male Sexual Victimization)
Dedicated to a safe world, Male Survivor is an organization of diverse individuals committed to the prevention, treatment, and elimination of all forms of sexual victimization of boys and men through research, education, advocacy, and activism. This is accomplished through public education, advocating treatment for victims and perpetrators, and offering voice and experience to those developing prevention programs.

The YWCA of the U.S.A. is a national women’s organization with 309 local affiliates. Local YWCA offers a variety of services including services for victims of domestic violence and rape, emergency and long-term housing, child care and youth development programs, employment training, women’s health programs, resource and referral services, and advocacy. Its mission: the empowerment of women and girls and the elimination of racism.
